Please note that you will not automatically receive a copy of your predictions forms as the new forms are no longer being sent via email - if you wish to keep a copy (e.g. to check that I've calculated your points correctly), please ensure that you take a screen print of your predictions before submitting them.

Forms must be received by me before 11:30 AM (UK time) on the Saturday of that weekend's matches. I accept no responsibility for entries received late (and therefore not being accepted) for any reason, unless a mistake has clearly been made by me.
